- Just Organik Masoor Malka Split or Pink split lentils has a pretty reddish-orange color in its dried form, but it turns yellow when cooked.
- Masoor Malka are basically the split red lentils without the skin. These cook relatively quickly.
- After cooking, ‘Malka ki dal’ seems similar to yellow Moong dal but the two are very different in flavour and texture.
